Known for her incredible dance moves and athletic build, Ciara's post-pregnancy workout plan is a blend of dedication, consistency, and a mix of different workout routines.


Ciara doesn’t work out every day, but she tries to exercise Monday through Friday, typically taking weekends off. She likes to spot-train if she has a video shoot or an award show coming up, but she is challenging herself to train more frequently. Her workouts include a combination of plyometric exercises and cardio to keep her heart rate up. She values Tabata-style routines and loves riding her Peloton. To keep things varied, she designates Wednesdays as bike days, with rides ranging from 20 to 60 minutes, often incorporating weights. These sessions aren’t too intense for long durations, which is important to her, but she always feels accomplished afterward.


Ciara emphasizes making better eating choices, recognizing that nutrition is more than half the battle. Being from the South, she loves food and has had to mentally condition herself to eat healthily. She is working on incorporating fish into her dinners, despite not being a huge fan. For breakfast, she enjoys cream of wheat with crispy bacon, and for dinner, she prefers lighter meals because nighttime eating can be problematic. For midday snacks, she opts for seaweed strips, cashews, and a little fruit, being mindful of her in-between meals. It’s all about balance, moderation, and mindfulness for her.

Ciara’s success in getting rid of baby fat is a result of her consistency and determination. She sets realistic goals, stays motivated, and makes fitness a priority in her daily routine. Her dedication is a reminder that with persistence, anyone can achieve their fitness goals. Ciara posted an image showcasing her progress on Instagram. On April 25th, she weighed 181 lbs (82.2kg), whereas in her most recent picture on May 18th, she weighed 178 lbs (80.7kg).
